What should I do when driving to the car wash? 2017-12-22T08:34:14+00:00
  1. Disconnect the antenna and other accessories.
  2. After license plate recognition select the desired washing program.
  3. Drive along the center line until the STOP light lights up.
  4. Turn off the engine, turn on the handbrake and the central lock.
  5. Stay in the car while washing.
  6. After washing, try the brakes.
Juhlapesu application does not work: What do I do? 2017-12-22T08:38:08+00:00
  1. If the application does not work correctly, make sure that your phone’s operating system is up-to-date, and that the Juhlapesu application is running the latest version.
  2. Log out of the Juhlapesu application by using the button in the user account. Log in again to Juhlapesu App.
  3. If the problem persists, contact our customer service at asiakaspalvelu@juhlapesu.fi or call 040 621 3236 on weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm.

Juhlapesu is the world’s first digital car wash network. Download the application and you can drive to the carwash without even getting out of the car. Easy and convenient.

  • Your car is recognized by the license plate. When the wash site is available the door opens automatically and you can drive in.
  • Payment will be automatically withdrawn from you credit card. No more tokens, coins or pay stations.
  • With the Juhlapesu application you choose the washing program and simply start the wash.
  • You can check the availability of a wash site from the queue camera and avoid the rush.
  • With Juhlapesu application you will get access to all wash sites in Juhlapesu network.

The service is operated with the Juhlapesu application. Start by downloading the Juhlapesu application from Apple Store or Google Play. The application is free, you will be charged when you choose a pricing plan or drive to a single wash.

When you become Juhlapesu’s customer you can choose form three different pricing plans the one that suits you best. You can also buy single washes to Juhlapesu’s wash sites. You will find all pricing plans and prices for single washes from Pricing page or in the Juhlapesu application. The new customers can try Juhlapesu service by buying the first wash at reduced price. Single washes or trial washes are not available at Teboil Satakunnantie in Turku and API Autopesu in Joensuu.

Is it possible to have multiple cars on the same subscription? 2017-06-13T12:53:11+00:00

The Juhlapesu subscription is for one car only. With the monthly payment you can wash one car. However you can add multiple cars to your account and the monthly payment will be charged from each car. Is it possible to wash the car with one subscription at any Juhlapesu wash site? 2017-06-13T12:52:44+00:00

Correct. With the Juhlapesu application you will get access to all Juhlapesu-enabled wash sites from Marienhamn to Vaasa.

Do all the subscriptions cover all the washing programs? 2017-06-13T12:49:27+00:00

Correct. After signing up a subscription you can always choose a suitable washing program. The washing programs are mainly the same at all the wash sites, however due to the different kinds of machines the selection of programs vary. You can check the wash programs here.

With Juhlapesu application you can buy single washes to Juhlapesu-enabled wash sites. Current prices can be seen from the application or at Juhlapesu website. The first single wash is available for new customers at reduced price.

How to buy a single wash:

  • Download Juhlapesu application from Google Play or Apple Store.
  • Sign in and add the information of your car and credit card to the app
  • Check and choose car wash location form the list
  • Application will now guide you to make subscription – choose instead “later”
  • Drive to a car wash site of your choice. Your car will be recognized from the licence plate when you drive to the car wash door (appx. 2 meters from the door)
  • Now choose your wash program from the app
  • Payment is processed now
  • When the wash bay becomes available, Juhlapesu application will prompt you to start the wash by swiping the start button
  • The door opens and you can drive in
  • You will see the remaining wash time in your application and you are promted to drive out when ready.

Single prices are dynamic, changing according to time of day. See current prices in the Juhlapesu application or Pricing page on Juhlapesu website. New customers are offered a trial wash at reduced price. With subscription all the wash programs are available with a monthly payment.

Note that single washes are not available at Turku Teboil Satakunnantie and API Autopesu in Joensuu.

How to add cars to my account? 2017-06-13T12:44:33+00:00

You can add cars to your account in Juhlapesu application. Choose form the navigation “My cars” and hit “Add new car “. Add the information of the new car and choose a pricing plan. Note that the pricing plan has to be chosen to every car and will be invoiced monthly according to the pricing plan. You can add all the cars in your household to the same description with a discounted price of 39 € per car per month. This option is available with 12 month subscription (24/7 and Night pricing plans). You can also buy single washes to cars in your household.

Yes you can by opening Juhlapesu application and choose from “Account details” from the navigation and hit “Manage additional users” and add users to your account.

Open Juhlapesu application choose “Account details” from the navigation and hit “Billing” and update the new information.

What does start on vehicle recognition mean? 2017-06-13T12:43:18+00:00

With vehicle recognition you drive to car wash without application. We will set to your account a default wash program beforehand, then your car is recognized and you drive into the car wash the program starts automatically. This alternative is handy for business customers that have large number of cars and drivers. And also for customers who use Windows or older phones and are not able to use application. Contact our customer service to use this service.

Can I use Juhlapesu application on my Windows phone? 2017-06-13T12:42:50+00:00

As users of Windows phones have dropped remarkably it is impossible to support the technology. This is why Juhlapesu application does not work in Windows phones. However you can further use Juhlapesu service with start on vehicle recognition. It is a handy way to use Juhlapesu service without mobilephone. Our customer service will set start on vehicle recognition to your account. Your car is recognized and when you drive into the car wash the program starts automatically. Contact our customer service for this service. The service is available to both single washes and subscriptions.

If you use single washes and you don’t have a subscription you can remove and add a new car to your account. If you have a monthly pricing plan please contact our customer service and we change the registration number for you.
